okay oxymoronic title, but i bought a cheapass pair of shoes because im such a cheapskate, right. haha. and self control is warranted because i was walking around town wanting to buy like three million pairs, plus i haven't bought anything in like, three months. seriously. which is equal to a starving man refusing to eat for three days.
anyways they're bloody ugly at the wedge part (hence cheapass, right.) but im going to attack it with a black marker. pictures when done.

effffhhhhmmmmmmmzzzzzzz.
okay now that we've had an official -ish media preview slash launch, i'm allowed to write about the fhm gnd top ten, haha. some behind the scenes photos from the shoot, although not many, because it's hard to find pockets in lingerie.
the girls!
from left to right, first row: jojo, summer, chrishirl, second: kris, willyn, celestina, braberry, amy, myself. jasmine's missing cause she was having her shoot.
haha yes i look strange because of really little eyeliner, which i deathly swear by and hence overuse all the time anyways, but the makeup was meant to emulate a natural look.
makeup! poor stylist was so nice and patient with me because as usual no matter how much product is in my hair the curls will just fall out in ten minutes, haha. and i kept asking for big hair like a two year old.

and kris. where it looks like im lunging at the camera like some sort of demonic, possessed maniac.
the sponsors dropped by as well, and the people at bacardi were so fabulous, they brought bottles down during the shoot. and yall know i love bacardi. hence. haha.
and we were so hungry, summer, kris and i attacked the snacks like it was our bloody last meal or something. i had seven sandwiches. yes, seven. and countless helpings of chips, and three samosas. omgggggg.
summer: okay last one im not having anymore.
me: okay me too.

me: okay maybe just one more.
summer: omg at this rate we might as well pull the whole trolley over (cause we had to walk over to the trolley to grab the food)
me: good point. -pulls trolley hahaha
kris: omg now im tempted.

i did an interview in chinese today. omg. everyone who knows me knows my chinese is beyond hope, absolutely jiat kantang, and i kept dumping in english words and asking the interviewer for translations.
UNFORTUNATELY. apparently it went on the prime time news, and they edited such that none of my (okay, half english half chinese) explanations were heard, gah, so it sounds like im a walking slut machine. im gonna go look for it. eff, i have to watch it. how bloody annoying. i hope the whoever who told me is wrong.

and the rain came down.
OMG MY WALLET GOT STOLEN YESTERDAY! :((((((
fffffff.
i'm quite sure i didn't drop it when i got off the bus. but still, uggggghhhhh. i got off at far east and was headed towards taka, so i took a detour through tangs and then was walking past lucky plaza where it was probably stolen. it was major crowded and i know i was really careless as well, i left the wallet right at the top and didn't zip my bag up. plus according to my mom there are some dubious people who just hang aroung there and chinatown to pickpocket.

anyways i was so depressed and practically stranded because i had raided all the coins out of my bag and put them in my wallet like just before i got on the bus! :((((

Sayang Sayang Shoot #2
here are those from #2 taken at the arts house (the old parliament), where it was bloody freezing cold. we're wearing some kind of sarong thing that's made of silk so it was EVEN COLDER. mich and i got a cold right after we got back, it was THAT cold.
the girls! as usual, im the shortest. :((((( anyone wants to give me some secret crack formula to grow taller?
mich and i! when we were still being normal. photos are all from her cam! the ones from mine are bloody blur and ugly cause my cam is spoilt and you can't see anything on the screen when you're taking. it's like effing 1947 you have to just wing it.
and then not so much anymore, as usual hahaha.
pretty cherlyn gave us a lift home! thanks girl! and mich taking random photos in the car. haha.
We were so damned tired when we got home. and full. haha mich and i couldn't stop eating, it was insane. total damage amongst the two of us: lormaikai x 4, siew mai x5, milo x2, bottled water x 2, nasi lemak x 2, bao x 1, kueh chang x ? haha i have no idea how many kueh changs the rest ate! we were supposed to be carrying them around in this basket as props but then sabrina was so hungry she secretly ate one and let us all try, and it was so nice that no one could stop eating. except me. :((( cause i only like the meat part hahahaha.
anyways its eps 7 and 8! yayyy. omg im gonna record it. its gonna be hilarious.

Went for a tv shoot for Sayang Sayang Season 2 last Thursday at the Peninsular Excelsior! It was really really gorgeous, and you'd never expect it cause it looks like a small building from the front. But the big pool is so amazing, and it has that glass partition thing like one degree fifteen! also met michelle chong and johnny su from the show! didn't get a picture with tan kheng hua though. my mom loves her haha.
Stayed a while, took some crazy photos.
check it out on eps 4,8,11, and 13 okay! MUST WATCH EVEN THOUGH IM JUST CALAFARE! HAHAHAHHAA.

HELLO.
Okay, so I'm finally starting my new and official blog about the major rants and nonsense that goes on in my life. It's been way overdue for the last six months or so, but then there's been work and school and everything else and then my internet went crash bang burn, so everything's been on hiatus.
ANYWAYS.
HELLO. proper and all. I started this because work (the modelling side) and life has been pretty awesome recently! and I think it's time to document my life and all the omgs that happen before i disintegrate into old and haggard land and expiration soon, hahahaha.
it's called jaiyeinblack because jaiye is what one of my most fantastic friends calls me, and black is what i wear. almost all the time, yes.
this is on the side of my post, but just in case its too random in the middle of nowhere, here's some of the stuff i like: fast cars, creamy pasta, lions in the wild, museums, girls with weird eyes, boys who know nietzsche, lemons straight up, and over accessorizing.
