i love 3d (glasses). yay avatar!

i heart 3d glasses! why can't i take them homeeee. :( 

i caught avatar the first day it came out because i was so crazy excited, and it didn't disappoint. and then i heard all this talk about how avatar in 3d was way more awesome and i just had to catch it again haha. so n and i went today and it was! especially the ash scene, and the seeds of the tree scene, those were the best in 3d, i loved watching them float around me, haha.

i don't usually catch movies twice in theatres, in fact i've only ever done it once (night at the museum two) and only because i'd watched it already but my brother wanted to catch it too , but this was a genuine OMG I WANT TO WATCH IT AGAIN THING, and n had watched it already as well, but there we were, two crazy psychos, going

"I SEEEE YOOOOO"

AND

"YOO ARE LIKKKAAA CHHHHILLDDDD"

non stop before the movie, during the movie, and after the movie. along with other assorted phrases from the movie. god knows how annoying we were to anyone within a two metre vicinity, haha.

anyways, random point, but n has awful  photo taking skills. i had to crop myself in the above one, and here is an actual demonstration of bad skillzzz:

but but but intentional jibes aside, it was good to catch up with n again after ages, and before he heads back to europeland again this week.

only moody point(s) was that i was having a bad hair day, my sinus was acting up, and my phone died so i couldn't text s. :( but i'm so excited! awesome plans ahead. but it's secret for now. :D tell you guys sooner if i win the voting thing!

omy.sg interview // harajuku street style pop-up store

hello lovers!

i was recently interviewed for omy.sg for their feature on the tangs harajuku street style pop-up store!

basically me and another male model got to head to the store early in the wee hours of the morning before opening and play dress up with the awesome clothes from the newly added harajuku section, which some of you might have heard of. i went to the launch as well!

it's in chinese, which isn't my forte, but there's a little button for listening to the article as well, though to be honest it's pretty robotic and quite hilarious, reminds me of my electronic chinese dictionary my mom got me during primary school. nonetheless, it's a nice touch.

i'm not in the article, though, just photos, but the entertaining one's the video interviews! haha here you go, enjoy. try not to laugh at me too much haha.

i've been selected as one of ten for the tangs harajuku best dressed competition, and i know i should have mentioned this earlier but i was embarrassed and i look hideous haha.

but. i really , really, really need to go to japan. i.e. the prize.

where I'll be on tuesday!

Hello lovers!



I know I haven't updated a while, but it's been a whirlwind since the last time i posted. Everything has changed in my life, and it feels almost like I'm starting over, but to be honest, i've never felt better. So many opportunities have come around that I might be just heading towards a really good place, and i'm actually feeling (dare i say it) happy. haha. so happy 2010 everyone! wish me luck, and i hope yours is starting off well too. Otherwise, really, it can only get better. trust me, i just came out from rock bottom. :)

In other news, I'm no longer blonde! well, for now at least. haha if you'd like to say hi tomorrow, i'll be walking for two shows at the giant white tent outside taka, where they're holding Hairlah! "Singapore's biggest hair event" (yes, so singaporean i know, haha).

Singtel Grid Girls blog: Update #1

It's been a pretty retarded, pissed off, way too hectic, no breather, kind of week. my bad for not blogging.

I updated my grid girl blog, and then because of course having written like a thousand words and on my last sentence, the f1 page decided that i'd taken way too long spending hours painstakingly putting my thoughts into words, and promptly shifted me from my unsaved draft to the login page. and tada! when i went back, it was all gone. yes, i know. ten minutes of cursing and frantic trawling through history later, i concluded that yes, i was that unlucky, #@%$&^&$%"#@%$&^&$%.

sorry i haven't updated, ive just spent the last few days being majorly pissed off. i hate people who think they have the right to take advantage, and the asshole who just takes me for granted. i am just SO sick of it, im sick of empty promises,of people who sell out, of fearing that i will, of worrying, of being so empty and yet full of ennui.

basically i just needed some space, and i haven't gotten it, and i need it more than ever. i just need to head overseas and chill out for a bit.

case in point. went to fish and co yesterday for dinner. peri peri catch which was as usual amazing, but the company wasn't.

yes, i was semi fed up.

but the food was yum, and i was so hungry i finished it all up.
(yes, i eat/ate with all three cutlery)

seriously, it just spoilt the whole meal. this is why so far i've kept to fishing with only one person.

it was planned as my treat out for us, but all i got were endless insults and hidden jibes and mean comments, i'm just so tired. i don't expect gratitude and appreciation, but itd be nice if it was at least pleasant.

anyways on a brighter note, i got a package! :) from my dearest friend who means the world to me, and always will. sucks balls that she's so far away.

it's huge! i had to lean all the way back just to get this shot.

this is really one of the nicest presents i've gotten because so much effort was put into it. not to mention its epic awesomeness. kp im going to wear it all the time!

forgive me for not dropping more shots of what it is, but i'd like to keep it to myself for just a little while.

going to catch some gossip girl, then drop b a message before i sleep.

p.s. you know how you randomly miss a person out of your past that for certain reasons you ceased contact with? im in that state now, and it's strange because i haven't in a long while. i was just watchine season two and it was that whole state with nate's comfortability, and chuck's electricity, and it's not that easy to make a choice. i've been there, and the truth was the whole chuck thing was just too intense and it blew up in our faces. i regret not waiting, but there you go. life and it's warped sense of humour.
